4. Cut down on junk food
Eating junk food on a regular basis is what may ruin your health or at least endanger it. The intakes of junk food, full of unhealthy fats and dangerous elements, results in obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and liver diseases, some types of cancer and what not. Decrease the amount of alcohol, fast food, soft drinks, sweets, chocolate, cookies, etc.
